Candemkey Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Candemkey mobile application and keyboard extension ("Service") provided by Candemsoft ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Service and AI Features

Candemkey is an AI keyboard offering text correction, formalization, translation, and generative assistance. AI outputs are suggestions. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated text prior to sending or publishing.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use the Service. Unrestricted features remain gated behind age confirmation.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Basic keyboard features are free. Candemkey Pro unlocks expanded daily AI limits and advanced features.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. Refund requests are subject to store policies.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing purposes, nor reverse-engineer or disrupt service infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Candemkey belong exclusively to Candemsoft. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these Terms. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from within the app settings.
